Your prescription strength and glasses frame type determines how thick or thin your glasses lenses will be. Those with a stronger prescription often prefer high-index for thinner lenses. Frames with metal wired body or half-rim style will require thinner lenses too. Based on your prescription and frame choice, we will recommend the best lens index to ensure your lens thickness will fit right in with your frame.
